Why a 12-month plan?
The website + setup + first 12 months of services = $9,588, paid as 12 monthly installments of $799. By month 12, the website transfers to your name. Month 13 onward: same $799/mo, but the website is yours — the fee now covers ongoing services that bring jobs (LSA management, GBP optimization, hosting, CRM, account manager). There's also a clear buyout option — pay the remaining balance any time and the website transfers immediately.
Who owns the website?
After 12 monthly installments, the website transfers to your name automatically — no extra fee. Want it earlier? Pay the buyout amount ($9,588 minus what you've paid) and we hand over the full website + customer data within 15 business days. After ownership transfers, $799/mo continues to cover ongoing ad management, GBP, hosting, CRM, and support — cancel any year-end with 90 days notice if you want to take it and run it yourself.
What's NOT included in the $799?
Just the ad spend itself, paid directly to the platforms — Google Ads ($1,000–2,500/month typical for LSA). We manage the campaigns; you control the budget. Everything else (website, GBP, CRM, account manager) is in the $799.
Any surprise costs or upsells later?
No. The $799/mo bundle has everything a contractor needs to start. We have optional add-ons (extra service-area pages, Meta Ads, Local SEO Pro, AI voice receptionist, etc.) that you can turn on later only if your business grows and asks for them. Zero forced. Can you manage my Angi or Thumbtack while I transition?
Yes. If you have an active subscription with Angi, Thumbtack, or Networx, we can manage them under our Lead Marketplace Management add-on — dispute bad leads, optimize spend, respond to messages, and progressively shift budget to your owned channels (Google ads, GBP, your website) as they ramp. Most clients are off marketplaces entirely by month 9.
What about my current website?
If you have one, we migrate without losing your Google ranking. Your existing reviews and traffic stay intact.
How fast can you launch?
Typical launch is 2–3 weeks from signed contract to ads live. Week 1: onboarding call + content collection. Weeks 2–3: site build, GBP optimization, ads launch.
What do I need to activate Google Local Services Ads (LSA)?
LSA requires Google's verification of your business credentials before ads can run. To activate, you'll need: (1) a current state license for your trade, (2) general liability insurance certificate (we'll request a copy), (3) a background check for the business owner — Google runs this through Pinkerton, takes 3–7 business days, and is free, (4) if you have employees, background checks for each technician who will be sent to homes, and (5) verified business address and phone number. We handle the entire enrollment process for you, including coordinating the background check and submitting documents to Google. Once verified, the "Google Guaranteed" badge appears on your LSA listing — a major trust signal that lifts conversion.
Do I have to know marketing?
