This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect the information of visitors to adverton.net and prospective and paying clients of our services.

By visiting our website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

• Account information — for paying clients: legal business name, EIN, license details, owner contact, billing address, and other onboarding data required to deliver services.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number; Stripe stores tokenized payment instruments in compliance with PCI-DSS.

• Service providers — Stripe (payments), Google (Ads, GBP, Analytics), CallRail (call tracking), Tradio (CRM platform — owned by MDS LLC), Formspree or similar (form submissions), email and CRM tools used by our sales team.
• Legal obligations — when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
• Business transfers — if MDS LLC is sold, merged, or otherwise transfers ownership, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and provide options for opting out where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. After termination, we retain records for up to 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize the data.
